Please give me suggestions on what to change. Also please bold edits.

Sylveon learns Shadow Ball. It literally has no reason to use Hidden Power Ghost; the only Hidden Power type it should use is Fire. Note that Pixilate is listed as its ability because it turns its Normal moves into Fairy moves and gives those moves a 30% boost (like Hyper Voice); it won't affect moves that are already Fairy-type, like Moonblast:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Hyper Voice
    -Heal Bell
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 244 HP/252 Def/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Pixilate

    or
    -Hyper Voice
    -Shadow Ball
    -Psyshock
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs
    Ability: Pixilate

Fly is easily played around competitively. Dragon Rush is too inaccurate to be worth bothering. Charizard learns Earthquake, which it can use to get past Heatran, which walls its current move set:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Dragon Claw/Outrage
    -Earthquake/Roost
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

    or
    -Fire Punch
    -Dragon Claw
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Roost
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 248 HP/84 SDef/176 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

Impish is the better nature for Gliscor to use to enhance its walling capabilities:
    -Earthquake
    -Knock Off/Substitute/Ice Fang
    -Toxic
    -Protect/Roost
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 244 HP/40 Def/244 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

Lack of STAB hurts on Tentacruel, you know. Payback runs off of Tentacruel's weaker Attack stat, so don't even bother with it:
    -Scald
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Rapid Spin
    -Knock Off/Toxic
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/224 Def/32 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge
    Ability: Liquid Ooze

Goodra is well-known for its incredible special bulk. You're not taking advantage of that. Noivern, Salamence and Garchomp play the role of fast Dragon attacker better:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast
    -Thunderbolt/Sludge Bomb
    -Focus Blast/Dragon Tail
    Nature: Modest/Quiet/Sassy
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SAtk/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Assault Vest
    Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

    or
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Flamethrower
    -Thunderbolt
    -Toxic/Dragon Tail
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

Aegislash learns Shadow Claw, which has STAB, outclassing Night Slash (Ghost and Dark hit the same types super effectively; the rule of thumb is if a Pokemon learns Ghost and Dark moves and gets STAB on one of those types, the type with STAB gets the nod ahead of the other):
    -Shadow Ball
    -Iron Head/Shadow Sneak
    -Sacred Sword/Shadow Sneak
    -King's Shield
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: 240 HP/252 SAtk/4 SDef/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Shadow Ball
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Sacred Sword
    -Iron Head/King's Shield
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: 252 Atk/252 SAtk/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -King's Shield/Shadow Claw
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Sacred Sword
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 240 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Autotomize
    -Shadow Claw
    -Sacred Sword
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 84 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef/168 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Autotomize
    -Shadow Ball
    -Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Sacred Sword/Iron Head/Flash Cannon
    Nature: Rash/Modest
    EVs: 88 Atk/252 SAtk/168 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Weakness Policy

Edit: sorry for not following the format; didn't see the disclaimer. Also, my changes may be too significant to be simply bolded in.

I am thinking about replacing MegaZard. Is there any other mega pokemon that could run goos with my team?

Other Mega Pokemon to consider are Mawile, Aggron, Venusaur, Pinsir, Scizor and Lucario. Mawile, Aggron, Scizor and Lucario have the Steel type, letting them resist Goodra's weaknesses. Venusaur resists Goodra's Fairy weakness. Pinsir is neat to have because you have a Rapid Spinner in Tentacruel:

    Mawile:
    -Play Rough
    -Sucker Punch
    -Fire Fang/Swords Dance/Iron Head
    -Swords Dance/Substitute
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 132 HP/252 Atk/124 Spe
    Item: Mawilite
    Ability: Intimidate

    or
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Play Rough
    -Foul Play
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Mawilite
    Ability: Intimidate

    Aggron:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Iron Head/Heavy Slam
    -Thunder Wave/Ice Punch
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

    or
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Iron Head/Heavy Slam
    -Earthquake/Ice Punch
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

    Venusaur:
    -Giga Drain
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Earthquake/Leech Seed
    -Synthesis
    Nature: Relaxed/Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef or 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Venusaurite

    or
    -Giga Drain/Leech Seed
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Synthesis
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Venusaurite

    Pinsir:
