I am able to help transfer. Just PM me qhenever.
I can also help evolve.
Also, I do have a Latias.

Edit: I can also give you 3 Master Balls or so.
Also, I have a Mew but don't want to trade it yet. However, I can give the data to you so you can search on gts.
Edit2: if I transfer my Bulbasaur tonight, I could also give you one.
Edit3: if you have a Cyndaquil or Chikorita or both I'll want to trade for them

Is the Riolu shiny? if not, then try something else... the gligar is okay

Yes, i do have a cyndaquil and a chikorita, but im gonna hafta breed 'em first. any prefered gender? Male or Female

and the data for that mew would be greatly apperciated.... so would the masterballs

The gender doesn't matter, as I'll just be breeding them too.
Just tell me a time and timezone that you would like to trade.

Well, I'll need some time to get some fillers, and to breed your two.... so if I start now I could trade by...... pshh.... abowt 6:30 CENTERAL USA TIME

The masterballs, the tranfers, and the mew data. I would be trading you about 2 sets of six (or 2 parites) for a total of 12. It may take a while, the last one I did took about... 35 mins.
EDIT: could you also help meh trade evolve a couple of pokes?

That sounds good! I have to get out of this cave though and catch some fillers on meh platinum, and breed your 2 pokemons though. is it okay if I don't hatch them, but I put like a piece of mail with them that says what they'll hatch into?
 
Yeah, sure I'm fine with that.
Bulbasaur has to be hatched to hold the Master ball though.

Also, which order do you want to do it in?
Like should we trade Bulba for Chika, then trade Latias for Cynda, then trade Mew for Bidoof, trade back Bidoof for Mew, then trade my Bidoof holding Master Ball for yours, leave Wi-Fi, get crappy party/you get your legends, than transfer?

actually.... if I give you a set of fillers for my legends, you could you use that set of fillers, you only need 6...... yeah, you only need six
