Question: Flagging Threads

If you are reffering to threads that break rules, you just need to hit the report button (looks like [PokeCommunity.com] Flagging Threads) and state your reason as to why it is breaking the rules. Is that what you were looking for?
 
Oh, well that's easy. At the top of the thread on the right there is options, click the one that says "Thread Tools" there should be a drop down menu, choose "Subscribe To This Thread" and from there you can choose whether or not you wish to get E-mail notification.
