Flashing over home

I have seen a very weird thing on my map today, walking home I noticed this sort of flashing/lightning and thunder clouds over my home. Best to see the images to explain, any ideas what it is?

Just a visual bug - either there's a gym there or somewhere nearby and it's picking up on the being battled effect. Unfortunately doesn't mean a Zapdos is coming :(
