5th Gen Fleeing?

I have Black 2, and I have already beaten the Pokemon League, and N, so I go to get me my Zekrom, and it flees after my first attack. Then I'm told by N to go see Kyurem in the Giant Casem, and I do. He flees after my first attack and leaves behind the Gene Splicer, what the heck. Did I just miss my opprotunity to catch them or what?

question is did you save before Z. might be glitch, plus i think this would go under quick questions anywho

This is one serious glitch up mess thing. I've never heard of this glitch or happening before, so, of course, I'm skeptical if it actually happened.
But you are supposed to catch Kyurem and get the DNA Splicer, so it sounds like you missed out.
