Because activity is low and I'm exceedingly bored. Usual SC banlist and card library, meaning that Dark World isn't an issue, Crossout is limited to one, and Dark Bribe (sadly) isn't available.

    Monsters (19)
3x A Cat of Ill Omen
    3x Hiro's Shadow Scout
    1x Magician of Faith
    1x Mask of Darkness
    1x Morphing Jar
    3x Morphing Jar #2
    3x Needle Worm
    1x Nigh Assailant
    2x Penguin Soldier
    1x Spirit Reaper

    Spells (13)
    1x Book of Moon
    1x Card Destruction
    1x Graceful Charity
    1x Level Limit - Area B
    3x Messenger of Peace
    1x Mystical Space Typhoon
    1x Soul Reversal
    3x Stumbling
    1x Swords of Revealing Light

    Traps (10)
    1x Crush Card Virus
    1x Gravity Bind
    1x Mirror Force
    3x Solemn Judgment
    3x Waboku
    1x Wall of Revealing Light

So yeah, the aim of this deck is twofold: lock up the field with Wall backed by Solemn then flip like crazy to mill the opponent out with Needle Worm, Jars, and Shadow Scout. The three copies cat are there because this deck really, really wants to get to Solemn and Wall as fast as possible and virus is there to dispose of used cats and to wipe out monarchs and Jinzo along with whatever other beatsticks I'm forcing my opponent to draw. Hiro's Shadow Scout actually serves a purpose both in eliminating a number of cards this deck really hates (namely, Heavy Storm, Mystical Space Typhoon, Shield Crash, and Nobleman of Crossout) and in packing additional cards into my opponent's hand for disposal by Card Destruction or Morphing Jar so it's not as worthless as it looks. Penguin Soldier is there for much the same reason as there are certain trouble monsters I'd rather not have lounging around the field too. It can also toss my own expended flip monsters back into my hand for recycling in case I don't have a jar to fall back on.

So yeah, any fixes that don't detract from the goal of this deck? :3

Graceful Charity is banned, so I'd take that and one Stumbling out for two Gravekeeper's Servants. If they attack, they'll be forced to pay by discarding the top card of their Deck. I'd also use Dark Bribes (these have been out for a while) instead of Solemn Judgments. You'd be weaker against Summons, though, so make sure you Side Deck the Solemn Judgments, along with Mask of Restrict to help against Monarchs. Mask of Restrict in your Side Deck will also help against Mei-Kou, Master of Barriers, who can be Tributed to destroy one of your stalling cards.

    Hope I helped.

Err... wrong banlist. In Spirit Caller, Graceful Charity is very much allowed and Dark Bribe is nonexistent, since it is a video game playing using the actual rules of dueling and not a real duel. Apparently you didn't catch that part... yeah. So AE really can't make any of those changes.

I forget whether Deck Eradicator Virus wants a big dark monster or a small one. If a large one, you should probably go -1 Penguin Soldier, +1 Virus. If not, I say -2 Penguin Soldier, -1 Stumbling, +3 Nimble Momonga. Might just be personal preference, but Momonga walling seems like it would be fun with this deck as an alternate way of stalling your opponent to get out wall. (Plus getting extra turns for Wall is oh-so-fun. :3)

Yeah, SC runs on a 2006 banlist, so Graceful is allowed. (The only mill I would consider for the current format is Necroface anyway) And yeah, I wish I had Dark Bribe, really do. I'd main it in threes since it would be a perfect fit.

Anyways, I'm not too wild about Gravekeeper's Servant. You see, when this deck plays right my opponent won't get to attack at all, and when they do get to attack I'm usually so screwed that a single discard per attack won't save me. Stumbling combos very well with Jar #2, though, because late game I basically set a jar with every jar I flip, and since Stumbling essentially means no on-summon attacks (which also goes for what my opponent flip summons) I can keep flipping a jar each turn and exchanging my opponent's face--up monsters for face-downs which they'll have to flip summon if they want to attack (In which case they go defense, I can flip another Morphing, and...well, you get the idea xD). Besides, I have some trouble with level 3 or lower 1400 Atk or below monsters, which Stumbling alleviates a little.

Might side Mask for the monarch match-ups, though I am fond of my Crush Card and Needle Worm and Morphing Jar #2 usually mill them out of my opponent's deck before they get them summoned. But yeah, not going for Momonga. It's the reason I ditched Sangan too, even though it was technically a sure fire search for every monster in my deck; most of the time it was just a dead card in my hand (or worse, my field) because I already had the game locked up. When I flip my jar, I also want to maximize the number of flip monsters I set with it, which isn't compatible with having three rabid squirrels in my deck. The only reason I'm keeping reaper is because of the way it saves my buttocks and slows the game down when I can get to the right stall cards. That and the fact that it scores some discards in combo with Penguin Soldier. (oh, and I'm going to make a change of -1 Cat/Penguin +1 Marshmallon once I get that card) As for the three viruses...they are Crush Card, Deck Destruction, and Eradicator Epidemic (CDE as a rule of thumb), with each virus requiring progressively stronger tributes. So yeah, Deck Destruction is 2000+ Atk to destoy 1500 Atk and below monster and Eradicator Epidemic 2500+ to destroy spell or trap; both way out of my range, and only the latter even being available in SC.

I do have serious trouble with burn match-ups (Pretty much a given when you're maining Wall and three copies Solemn); any counter-measures for that other than sticking 3x Barrel Behind the Door/Pikeru's Circle of Enchantment in my side deck? I mean, I know I probably have very little chance of holding off Chain Strike burn with this (Unless I get lucky and manage to use Jar #2 on their own Morphing Jar to mill the crap out of them), but anything that helps this look a bit less pathetic against the more moderate burn approaches? xD

    Not to mention this also fails against Skill Drain burn too XD;

Anyway, I'm never that good at milling (heck don't even know how necroface SD mill is like XD; but that's because my ruling ability with skill drain is inexistant) so I never really posted... especially I'm totally unfamiliar with the card library x_X; which is my most important problem I think...
