not bad. although he has great speed and decent attack, one thing i love about Floatzel is his decent HP. he's good for passing Agility and *sometimes* Subs. he makes a good starter doing this.

what i love doing the most with him is using Substitute to protect himself from Close Combat, and after a couple Close Combats you've deflected, the foe's Defense will be down two stages which is just enough to OHKO with Waterfall.
