Somehow I don't feel right
Wondering if I should leave
If I say I will go blind
From all of my misery

Distant places in my mind
Far away I left them behind

Fly away home
Back to the place I started from
I spread my wings
Soaring above everything

Driving faster than my car can go
Running more than I can take
Letting go was the easy part
Now I can make a new start

Distant places in my sights
Far away are the bright lights
