3rd Gen Flying map

Is it normal that I can only use fly when I'm in a map with a flying spot, and otherwise my icon is just in the top right corner? Or maybe something's just messed up with my rom...

No that's not normal at all, you should be able to use Fly at any outside area, except Safari Zone not sure if that's an outside area but you can't fly from there

You can use fly in an outside area, like rikudaman said.

Nope thats not normal at all, have you been rom hacking? That could explain it. Either way your going to need a new rom
