I am sure that it is picture of Pidgeotto.It is smaller than Pidgeot and doesn't have as long criest as Pidgeot on its head.Next picture from my computer:

My cousin told me that Pidgeot has a rainbow feathers (well colorfull) While Pidgeotto only has red or what ever color that is.

Nice Rugia pic especially with Ash and Pikachu on it. Well its very easy to get confused between them because they look the same and thats true. At 1st I thought the both of them had colorful feathers on there head but only a Pidgeot does

yes well i seem to prefer pidgetto becos it seems more bettter than pidgeot becos it's well more so graceful and good pic
