4th Gen Flying Pokemon can learn a Bug Type Move???!!!!

My noctowl could learn Silver Wind it came in handy against my friends Alakazam lol Hypnosis 1st
Annoyed him big time
anyway are there another pokes that can learn a move there supereffective against e.g Flying/Bug

Yea Ghost type Pokemon, they can learn shadowball and thats what they are weak against except Sableye and Spirtomb being Dark types also

I still dont understand how Pokemon that are weak to the moves that they are using for example Surf:
-Nidoqueen
-Nidoking
-Rhydon (4x weakness) really stupid
-Tyranitar
-Aggron
-Ramparodos
-Rhyperior


Its pretty stupid especially for Rhydon and Rhyperior
