Zetsu, I'm in sorely need of a good Togepi/Togetic/Togekiss, so I'd like to ask for one of the following:

A breeding request that you breed a Modest Togepi with 31 HP, 31 SpA, and 31 Spd. Defense and SpD need to be >20 at least; the Attack IV and its ability is irrelevant(though Serene Grace is preferred of course).

You can look through my trade thread to begin with, if there's nothing there that catches your eye, I'll throw some other ideas at you. VM me please? If you'd rather I just check posts on the thread that's no problem however.
