Font colour changes

Im trying to change the text colour on the summary screen, and have been successful for the most part except for the page where it pulls the information to put on the trainer memo page, where I cant seem to find the colour definitons for.

Is it using some default colour setting that needs to be changed or is there a simpler option?

The memo's text color is defined in the string itself. All those instances of "<c3=404040,B0B0B0>" and "<c3=F83820,E09890>". The former is the dark grey text and the latter is the red text.
