Unless smilies count as words, the first post bypassed the word and character limits, had nothing to do with the title, and didn't contribute anything to the topic.

His second post completely ignored a staff member and bypassed the word and character limits, then he followed up with a double post, neither of which on-topic...

I know that everybody makes mistakes, but please, somebody fix this, XD
