[Error] Formchanges .dat file not exporting properly.

So this first appeared a while back, as Zorua/Zorark would throw up an error when Illusion sent them back to their normal form. I dont have the error on me at the moment, but it only occured in the exported (encrypted) game, and gave an error regarding the formchanges.dat.

Now, mega evolution is giving an error similar pointing to the form change data, even though it hasn't in the past.

This error does not appear when playing the unencrypted version of the game.

I am running Essentials 17.2 with the EBS and Ultimate Title Screens. No code has been modified with the exception of some of the title code and ability code for pokemon.
