Read the rules, no forum advertising, you can put it in your sig but you can't advertise it in a post, even though the link is in your sig, you're still advertising it...

Use common sence. Why would you advertise a forum on a forum.. makes no sence >.> Read rules, thats what there there for
 
No forum advertising in posts, do it in your sig. Thank you.
