..............Okay, this is getting ridiculous now.

[PokeCommunity.com] Four Crystals Card Game

This whole thing is playing out like an episode of the Abridged Series.

"I challenge you to a game of Four Crystals! We start by shuffling our decks and drawing our hands, then we summon monsters to attack the opponent!"

"So it's just like Yu-Gi-Oh."

"Then we use spell cards to give ourselves advantageous field positions, and trap cards to counter opposing attacks!"

"So it's just like Yu-Gi-Oh."

"All of our monsters have an attack point value and defense point value, and-"

"So it's just like-"

"SHUT UP! THIS IS NOTHING LIKE YU-GI-OH!"

"Then prove it."

"...."

"...."

"......"

".... My game has life cards."

"So it's just like Yu-Gi-Oh, but it rips off Duel Masters?"

"... Shut up."

Seriously. Sorry dude, but ripping off Yu-Gi-Oh and Duel Masters's gameplay mechanics, Yu-Gi-Oh's card structure, and Magic: The Gathering's card art at the same time does not originality make. And don't think you were fooling anyone with that whole "Chibiwolf company" shtick. See, the fact that your avatar is a cute little wolf puppy and the fact that the whole scheme seemed ridiculously similar to ChaosWalker (who had the balls to admit that the card game was his idea in the first place and therefore earns my respect for at least being honest). You, sir, shall receive no sympathy or support from me, and in the unlikely event that you manage to get your little company sponsored and mass-produce this game for profit, I will never buy a pack and will sit outside the local hobby shop on weekends, glaring at the little five-year-olds you have suckered into buying your sub-par product and making speeches about your unoriginality and bad taste. Thank you.

EDIT: And I apologize to the creators of Magic: The Gathering for comparing your horrible card art with theirs. I'm sorry.

Ohh! Me! Me! I love this game! <3

Let's see...

...umm...

...they're all printed on cards? =D Oh, and Llanowar Elves totally brings back memories from the time when I still had that cool emulator program thing that let me play MTG on my computer. Ahh...how I miss it. ;;[/TCG geek]

And Thesis, you read my freakin' mind. XD Though the same would probably go for anyone who's watched YGO: tAS and read this. Seriously, though, don't you have any posting in RPs and such to do? xD *Totally not guilt-tripping anyone*

..........................Blast. You win.

*hands over large cookie*

Um.. it still dosen't change the fact that this is a rip off of YGO and Duel Masters

Oi oi, don't need to go ripping on him more. All card game cards look like that anyways, so there's not much to complain about that...the main problem of ripping off others is with the rules, mostly the summoning rules, because shields are a somewhat used gauge for winning games, or i know at least 1 other game that uses a shield system, somewhat anyways. Most games use a mana system, which generally fits the fantasy genre better, but meh, trying to be different is worthy, but going off a system that's known for having it's unique summon system is a bit...ya...

yes i have redone the rules and you have one game card which is a crystal and when thats destroyed the game is over and the summoning is going to be Monster Points (MP) each mmonster will have a number in the top right cornor which is the MP cost each player starts with 10 MP to make it so you dont summon the best monsters on your first turn and the MP goes up to 150 which means you can summon the best monsters and now the monster has its atk/def in the bottom left cornor.

Better, better, still putting the Att/Def values dosn't exactly change the rules, but, still it's better =)

come on man, everyone puts atk/def in the lower corners anyways XD
The main change he made is the change to the summoning system, which is now a turn-based mana system. So how do you plan to use the new summoning system? Are you gonna be able to gain 10 mp each turn with the ability to save up mana, or be able to play 10mp only on first turn up, 20 mp second turn up, etc. (the naruto system)

True, well I think your game has:

Improved in originality: Check!
Improved in Explanation: Half Check!
Is better than when you started this thread: Check!

That looks cool I might just do that...............................................
