I personally don't think everything has to be Pokemon >< Let's split it into two Pokemon days and two math science days. I say we should be broad.

Unless anyone else has good ideas that don't let the contestants easily find it on Bulbapedia.

I agree with you 2 Days should be enough ^That was also the worst problem last year. Everyone looking things up on Bulbapedia

Yeeeeeah, um... click here, kiddo. :3 Bulbapedia pretty much has all that covered.

Erm... so we're totally gonna drop the idea of having questions about the Pokécommunity itself? Seems a little strange, considering the whole point behind this Get-Together is to get the community together. Soooo why shouldn't we focus, at least a tad, on the community itself? Like I said, we can formulate this without it being focused on the social aspects. Since that didn't go over so well in the crossword last year...

Also, it's gettin' kinda close to the deadline. If some of you have started coming up with questions, I really need to see all of them before I can approve this for the main board. You can send 'em by PM or however you wanna go about it. Kthanx.

Although I'm far from clever, I'd love to put some input on the actual trivia as well, so let me know what's going on guys. This is a collaborative effort, after all. ^^
 
So we really need to give all the questions? A lot of the questions from last year were straight on the spot XD A bit messy but there were so many competing last year I can't imagine this year

I still would Love the idea of PokeCommunity as a Topic especially since this really is about PC coming together. When I thought of this idea in the 1st place I thought of getting questions like:

Name a member who has let's say between 1300 to 1500 post
Name a member who has the ______ emblem
Name a Thread which has over 500 Posts

Things like that.... though it makes it kinda sound like a scavenger hunt

It would be hard to think of Questions for this topic but It would be fun to do. Even if it was for a bonus round where the questions are worth double the posts or something. And plus we have Hiidoran who could give questions bout the staff

I too would like to have something about PokéCommunity and Mathematics and General Science. I mean, it's not "Four Nights of Pokémon Trivia", it's "Four Nights of Trivia".

On another note, has anyone got any questions ready?

Oh and, zappyspiker, the last two example questions you gave are really easy lol, especially the last one.

I know those are just some of the types of questions I thought of I thought they were a bit too easy myself

Last year we said that if they had to look them up on Bulbapedia it would just take them longer to answer than if they already knew it
 
I really hope all the hosts are working on questions! Post a word or text attachment when you're done with your questions.

Let's go with the categories of Pokemon General, Community, Mathematics, Pokemon Games. If you have better ideas please say so in the file and specify.

I need at least 20 questions in each category. Much more would be appreciated. I'll be working on Math and Community for now.
 
science questions

what type of science should the questions be about, theres a lot of different types of science, and one question could be how many moderaters are there
 
Just a couple concerns for you all.

First, we need to come up with times for the different sessions each day. IE what time will we start on day one, and what time will we end? I know I personally need to know this as I do have a job outside of PC, and it would be wonderful to host when I'm actually AVAILABLE. Plus, we'll obviously need that for the thread before I can approve it.

Second, are we planning on posting the questions here in this particular thread for review? Or do we wanna keep it super-secret, so that the other Event Organizers and staff can play if they wish? If it's the latter, I really would appreciate it if y'all could send me your questions. I assume no one has finished working on 'em, since I've yet to receive a PM. :x

I have many more questions for y'all, but those two are the most important right now. :3
