I want a Aipom, by the way, if you have a rare candy, then I want that rare candy instead of the Aipom.
You can attach it to a low level useless Pokemon then.
But if you don't have/want a rare candy, then I want to Aipom.
 
No rare candy and I don't need the Aipom so it's fine.

alright then how about for a Tyrouge and maybe i can trade some of other pokes for some of theses babys Turtwig, Bulbasaur, Charmender, Togepi.

Happiny could be EV-trained to a Blissey level 100 with high stats.

Talk to the woman/girl next to the GTS-girl/woman on the left.
That means the middle one.
But first add my name and friendcode in your pal pad.
