[ASM & Hex] FR GBA Anger Point effect help!

    Hey :) I have a request. Could someone create a working effect for Anger Point for FR? I really care about this skill, but I can't create the effect myself ... :(
     
    If you check out the Complete Fire Red Upgrade, they have basically every ability coded already (including Anger Point).

    Definitely worth looking into if you're serious about making a hack.
     
    Yes I know. However, I need the code of this skill for the hack already created. Complete Fire Red Upgrade may contain Angry Point, but I don't know how to find the ASM code for this skill in this modification.
     
    Sure.

    I just figured if you can have all the rest of the game upgraded as well it'd be worth it.
    But it's your hack, so go for it however you wanna.

    It might be worth looking at how some of the existing abilities work instead then and trying to work it out from there

    Check the Ability Resource Thread. It might be there.
     
    If I installed Complete Fire Red Upgrade I would break the whole hack game this way. In general, they should separately share the file with abilities and attacks. Anger Point is one of many abilities that does not have asm code available, the same applies to moves.
     
    What specifically would it break?

    Sorry if this sounds terse also, but it's a little presumptuous to say, "they should".
    No one is under any obligation to share anything they've created. Plus, I'm pretty sure all the routines are within the repository, that's how it works.

    So if you're worried about it breaking your progress or whatever, work out how to just compile the abilities and moves instead. The way it's set up means you can deliberately choose which parts to inciude and exclude yourself.
