Free DVD burner program

Does anyone know a good free (legal) DVD burner program? It's for my laptop which uses XP Home. I want to burn videos on it

Sorry, I edited my first post late late. I want to burn videos and that says it only burns images, can it burn videos, too? avi/wmv files. Thanks.

Oh.. no I don't think so.

CDBurnerXP Pro can though, also freeware.

I think, there is K3B with KDE that you can (I think) download on windows but I don't know if there are all the freewares of this desktop environment.

(Search KDE with google and sorry for my bad english)
