Free! Iwatobi Swim Club Movie Announced!

[x]No articles as of yet since the announcement of the movie was spread through a people who went live posting on twitter/ tumblr.

So if you haven't heard already FREE! IS GETTING A MOVIE! and not just any movie, but the movie will revolve around the light novel of High☆Speed and it will be called Free! Starting Days.

Just today in the "Iwatobi & Samezuka Fes." Free! -Eternal Summer- Special Event" held in Japan, they announced Free's movie to be released on 5th December 2015 (Best 21st birthday gift ever xD - despite it'll take a while till we get to watch it ;-;). Not much information yet about anything besides it's basis off High☆Speed, but it'll be awesome to see the Iwatobi gang as kids and any stories developed that weren't seen or talked bout much in the original first season.

*ahem* jokes aside, I've heard about the light novel before not that I'll ever read it. I guess we'll be seeing them as kids when they were still in the Iwatobi Swimming Club now.

Honestly I'd love to see a season 3, but season 2 ended really well for me, so I wouldn't mind if it had one or not.
There's apparently two more special Free! events in two different seasons this year which is pretty interesting seeing as we've had 2 seasons done already and an upcoming movie - what more could they announce? (Because of this people are assuming a season 3).

Does anyone know if the novel has been translated? I would like to read it, not to compare the final product, but just to get into it sooner.

Well, I believed it would be a sequel, and this seems to be a prequel actually, so I will need to adjust my powers next time D:!

High Speed 1 I know has, High Speed 2 had like 5 chapters translated last time I heard about it, but not sure if that was done. Imma keep away from the novels personally and keep ready for when the time of the movie comes :p
