    Your team really sucks at attacking. Barring Kou, nothing poses any real sweeping threat (including Scizor). Skarmbliss ownage...Really, nothing you have is going to come close to hurting the pink blob.

    Oh, forgot Garchomp >.> Oopsies!

    Still, both of your sweepers require set-up, and Skarmory and Blissey will still give you some trouble (especially if Cressi is present).

    Needs less Scizor and more Weavile IMO.

    Ev spread = Fail, if anything Vaporeon DOESNT NEED THAT MANY SP.DEF EVS !!! But it sure does Damn well needs Hp Evs. Hp is its biggest asset so ABUSE IT !!!

    Choose between HP Electric and Ice Beam as it depends on who you fear more Dragon or Gyarados.

    As Vaporeon is primarily defensive it needs protect to activate Wish or you wont last long.

    Blegh, this wants Jolly, why are you cutting its above average Sp.Def for one move that is going to be used on a select group of pokemon ? With Jolly you still 2HKO Skarm and ohko Forry, so with Naive you arnt gaining anything apart from cutting defenses =/

    Run 16 HP Evs aswell, it forces sp.attackers to run at least 266 sp.att or get STAB from ice Beam to guarantee a OHKO on you. 240 speed evs does the same as 252.

    Yache Berry is horrible, your not hoping to keep this in on something thats packing an Ice Move anyways, so put Life Orb on it, you have a hope of sweeping then.

    I like fire fang on this due to the swords dance boost,it still 2hkos skarm and OHKO'S Forry after a swords dance, but whatever

    i much prefer scizor with CB. you're not going to do enough to cresselia as it may paralyze you anyway. plus, you'll need extra power if you want pursuit to do anything worth the while with and without a switch. i'd give it a lot more hp, less speed in that case. otherwise, it works well with your team.

    noo... just go bold. why do you have to give it max hp anyway? remove some from HP and put it into sp def.

    and dark azelf, i completely disagree on yache berry. yache berry is a completely vital use of item on that garchomp set. and even worse, expecting it to take ice attacks with life orb as an item is not a good idea.

    I guess its of some use, i was just saying i hope that hes not not going to keep it on an Ice attack anyways,its one use item, thats my only annoyance with it. Life Orb allows Chomp to sweep better, i suppose its up to him at the end of the day.
     
    why don't you just reverse the HP and SPD evs? XD 44 SPD evs will allow it to outrun neutral base 70 speed with 0 evs. why not try that? the rest can just go into HP. if you want it to outrun Cresselia so that it can get in a free STAB U-turn, nuetral nature (85 base), you'll need 164 SPD evs with Adamant nature. in that case, 92 would go into HP.

    also, now that you got rid of HP Electric on vaporeon, you're gonna have some trouble with gyara once it gets in a DD, outrunning raikou, scizor and garchomp, who are perhaps your only hope to taking it out.
