4th Gen Free pokemon?

Ok, so a while ago I wanted an Infernape so I went to the GTC or whatever.I found a way to get one.They wanted a Turtwig, and I didn't have one.So then I searched if I could get a turwig, and I found one for some pokemon I had, I forgot the name.So I traded and I got the turtwig.Then I traded the turtwig for the Infernape.I got the Infernape with no trouble. So I went to see it in my PC and I found a my Infernape AND a Torterra!!
I never ever owned one.And the weirdest part: It's name was TURD.All in caps.
It is so freaky.I turned it on and off and it was still there.I even battled with it and nothing was wrong with it.I guess I got a free pokemon :0

i guess thats creepy just like when i hatched an eevee and it come up with a trainer sprite until i looked on stat screen but i dont think u should have amde a thread about it ill pm a mod and ask whether this should b locked also its called GTS (global trade station)

I have no idea how the GTS works, but are you sure you didn't have any other Pokemon in the GTS that may have been traded for the Torterra?

I was sitting beside my friend and he was looking for pokemon on gts and he had no pokemon up for trade suddenly the screen said checking gts stautus and here got a chimchar named ______ .

Strange story but sorry to say this doesn't deserves a thread. You could try asking in the Glitch thread if you had some more specifications.
