4th Gen Frenzy Plant

    I saw on Serebii there is a move called Frenzy Plant. IT says it by a move tutor. So where is the move tutor? I want my Torterra to learn it.

    The Move Tutor is located in Route 228 In Diamond/Pearl.

    Your Torterra's Happiness level has to be high for it to learn the move. Although Recharging moves hurt the Pokemon, but thats up to you. ;)
