Issue: frequent 'Server Not Found' errors

I am getting frequent 'Server Not Found' errors all over PC

In the place of ads? It's probably just your internet not loading them I know my internet does that sometimes.

here is a screenshot.... and it only does this with PokeCommunity Forums.... no other site has this problem...

Yeah um, it happens to me all the time (though with other places too) so it's probably just your internet.

my internet is fine... spent a whole hour on Facebook with no problem...

These kind of things just happen often. I get it sometimes and I just wait an hour or replug my internet or something like that, or even wait a few minutes, and 70% of the time it's fixed then, especially if it has to do with my internet instead of the website. I wouldn't give it too much thought if I were you because it really isn't that big of a deal. This just happens because it is the internet and it is not always 100% stable. If you really get it that often then it probably is your own connection because I am not at all experiencing that with PC as much as you say you do. Also I wouldn't compare websites with eachother because they are all different, they have different hosts and all that and they are just maintained differently. Just don't worry about it too much, it will get fixed either by itself or by someone else if you are just a little patient.

The thing to note about Facebook vs. PC: Facebook has multiple hosting farms across the world for their site, while PC has one server that it shares with at least one or two other sites that Rukario is head admin for.

I think in cases like these, the solution lies within your patience.
