Fresh bred Eevees!

Do any of them have good IVs? I'll give you some of the wanted pokes in return if there are any with good IVs

I don't think you can train IV's, only EV's. The pokemon are born with specific IV's, and have to be figured out by a complex equation.

HP IV = (((HP-level-10)x 100)/level)-EP/4-(base stat x2)

All other stats = (((stat/nature)-5)x 100/level)-EP/4-(base stat x2)
