maybe, we could be able to organise my friends list. like:
Dragonite149, near the top, don't talk to her.
TJgamer, near the end, talk to him. a lot.

well, or maybe we could just see it
    meh.

People have discussed this before like "top friends" which just causes trouble appearnently
    besides they are ogranized in a A B C order :P
top = dont talk bottom = talk? weird order :o btw.

I think mzmingle was talking about how it's a pain to page through one's friends list for those with names toward the end of the alphabet. Though personally I don't mind it at all, since it's sorting it by alphabetical order as it is, and some members would throw hissy-fits if they found out they weren't someone's favorite friend, or were their least favorite friend.

I wouldn't mind the option for this if it could be implemented as a custom view for each member, though that sounds like something that would murder the server.

If there was a way to make it work so that only you see it organized like that, then I would totally support it. I do understand the argument where (if it were shown as top friends sort of thing) that it would cause problems by those people who think that they're closer to you than they really are (in your book, anyway). But at the same time, it's your friends list, and you really should have all the rights in the world to determine who's a better friend to you out of your friends and have them displayed as such, although, since the argument holds up, it's whatever.

While I personally dislike the idea of someone doing that to their friends, See the 'About me' on my profile, I can't say it'd be right for PC to officially condone a way to do that in my opinion. We can't even handle a reputation system maturely on this community. :/

I'm sorry that I had to play that card, but most of us long-time members of PC know this to be truth.

However I feel like it's not un-doable without such a system, as you could easily just type usernames you talked to recently into the notepad on your UserCP and keep a list of people who aren't being so talkative.

    i had a idea!
you know those 6 randomly chosen friends on your profile? why cant we change that to be the 6 most recently friends who we talked to?
yes! That would work, wouldn't it?
I think you should make a thread about that countryemo, so people will see it easier :)

I don't believe that's useful either, because there simply are many ways on the forum alone to 'talk to' a person. You can post to them in a thread or social group, which is something vB cannot track without adding extra code. Even if it only tracked PM/VMs there are some people who'd prefer that didn't happen.

It would seem unfair to some silly kid somehow that they never get featured on someone's profile, and someone would complain. YES THERE IS IMMATURITY LIKE THAT HERE ON PC.
