I am looking for an Eevee, Froakie, and a Skrelp with it's hidden abilities.

Hey there! Why not catch a wild Eevee? As for Froakie, I'm sure someone would love to breed you one. The only Pokemon that needs work to get is Misdreavus.

You're gonna need to wait until the end of December before you can acquire a Misdreavous as it's currently unavailable anywhere in X and Y. As for the others, you should be able to find what you're looking for in the X/Y Friend Code Sharing Thread as BlueEew mentioned.
