    Nature:Modest/Timid
    Ability: Snow Cloak

    -Confuse Ray
    -Destiny bond/Thunder Wave

Stay with Thunder Wave. Also use Blizzard for raw power, which is something Froslass doesnt excel at because its top Special Attack would reach 284...

Shadow Ball or Thunder Bolt... I would use Shadow Ball!

I also suggest you throw a Substitute on her. You could get a free Substitute if going against an Garchop or a Salamence that has not used Dragon Dance.

As for items... I would use leftovers. Thats all I could think of right now.

My frosglass set rocks (If you dont care about winnin :P)
    Frosglass@Bright Powder
    Modest
    252Sp.Att/252 Spd/6HP
    Hail
    Confuse Ray
    Blizzard
    Ominous Wind
Hail+Snow Cloak+Bright Powder= Uber evasion. Yes its hax based but its hilarious
Confuse Ray to make hits even less likely
Ominous Wind to stat Boost, Blizzard for STAB

Its a great annoyer IMO :)

froslass can be superbly annoying even in OU. most people run this:

    Froslass @ Focus Sash
    Timid Nature
    252 SPD/252 SP ATK/4 HP
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunderbolt
    -Shadow Ball/Protect/Taunt
    -Destiny Bond

    it's sooo annoying =/

Froslass is only good in hail team IMO.. so definitely Blizzard on her. Destiny Bond is usually expected from Froslass, but still very useful for ensuring a kill --> might wanna try a Choice Scarf Froslass for surprising Weavile and other faster pokemon (Dragon Dance'd Salamence/Dragonite, Choice Scarf Garchomp, etc.

    Froslass @ Choice Scarf
    Lonely Nature
    216 Atk / 100 Sp.Atk / 192 Speed
    - Blizzard
    - Thunderbolt / Wake-up Slap (1HKO's Weavile and 2HKO's Tyranitar)
    - Shadow Ball
    - Destiny Bond

If you decide not to use Wake-up Slap, then use a Modest nature, max Sp.Atk and put the remaining EVs in HP.

Yep i like the wake up slap set. Its fantastic on a hail team. As are all variations of Frosslass.

Theres also a nice support set its not much different from some already posted sets, but this one has Spikes and Thunderwave, definitely useful.

    Frosslass@Leftovers / Focus Sash
    Timid Nature
    252 SP.ATT /252 SPEED / 6 HP
    - Thunderbolt
    - Ice Beam / Blizzard (Requires Hail support)
    - Shadow Ball / Thunderwave / Spikes
    - Destiny Bond / Thunderwave / Spikes

It gets a speed tie with Gengar with Timid and max speed which is nothing to laugh at.

I decided to throw an idea on mine that's different. However, it's only useful with my hailstorm team as of now. I want to see if there's any hope for it because it has 31 speed IVs (lucky me!)

    Froslass@Focus Sash/Razor Fang/Brightpowder (any work I think)
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 atk, 252 speed, 6 HP

Double Team (can be changed, but I made it before I joined here
    Ice Fang
    Crunch
    Headbutt

A flincher at the most, but in terms of Hail, then it's just elusive. It doesn't do me too much good when it's fighting alone sadly... Double battles is where it shines because its threat looks low except to dragons, but those Double Teams stock up. Lastly, it's "out of the usual"

Ooh its like a physical version of my set (See up top) lol

Pretty much, but it runs off of a team led by Abomasnow. However, the team has a couple backup Hailers to get temporary boosts if the weather changes.

I consider Hailstorm teams anti-Focus Sash because most pokemon that run Focus Sash aren't Ice except Weavile, and maybe a few others. Froslass just does the final pickings thanks to her speed.

Nice idea, now ive found my diamond ( :D ) i mite try a weather team, they look fun

Razor fang and bright powder are hax and banned

    Evasion clause stops double team
    Ice Fang
    Crunch
    Headbutt/ Return
    Return gives way more damage

Never seen a physical froslass but I found some drawbacks.

Hence why I said it was made before I came here. I used the Double Team for battle tower, and while my other pokemon distracts them (somehow...), then it's apparent that she'll be hard to hit. However, I no longer use it.

Her 350 speed I enjoy because it's quicker than any non scarf'd dragon. Also, it matches Gengar with that Crunch and speed. Headbutt... I just needed that for the sake of lucky flinches. I might make her moveset like the below instead

    Ice Fang
    Crunch
    Wake-Up Slap
    Return/T-Wave
