Uh, were you referring to a specific pokémon?
And you can't calculate EVs; you calculate IVs. EVs can be added through EV training.

oh and whats the max Ev's a pokemon can have in total and maximum Ev in one stat oh and how much Ev need for like 1 atk ??
The Max EVs a poke can have in one stat is 255. The max that it can have in total is 510. For every 4 EVs you have in a stat, that stat will be 1 higher at level 100.
