So this team is competitive, but mostly against friends and people on the PSS so I'm not sticking with any specific tier or anything. I would like to see what other people think of it and see if anyone can give me some much needed advice. I've been playing Pokemon since Red and Blue, but this is my first competitive team so I'm not completely confident in it. I've bred and EV trained 5 Pokemon so far and I'm working on a 6th, but here's what I got so far:

    Blastoise @Blastoisinite
    Modest
    Torrent/Mega Launcher
    IVs: 31/31/31/31/31/31
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SP.ATK / 4 SP.DEF
    Water Pulse
    Dark Pulse
    Ice Beam
    Rapid Spin

Arcanine @Life Orb (or Choice Band, opinions?)
    Jolly
    Justified
    IVs: 31/31/31/x/31/31
    EVs: 252 ATK / 252 SPEED / 4 HP
    Flare Blitz
    Wild Charge
    Extreme Speed
Crunch (Not breeding for Close Combat, please don't suggest it)

    Dragonite @Weakness Policy
    Adamant
    Multiscale
    IVs: 31/31/31/x/31/31
    EVs: 252 ATK / 252 SPEED / 4 HP
    Dragon Dance
    Dragon Claw
    Fire Punch
Roost (To stay at max HP for Multiscale)

    Gengar @Life Orb
    Timid
    Levitate
    IVs: 31/x/31/31/31/31
    EVs: 252 SP.ATK / 252 SPEED / 4 HP
    Shadow Ball
    Sludge Bomb
    Focus Blast
    Will-O-Wisp

    Snorlax @Leftovers
    Adamant
    Immunity
    IVs: 31/31/31/x/31/31
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 ATK / 4 SP.DEF
    Return
    Earthquake
    Crunch
    Brick Break

I was doing Belly Drum/Resto Berry with Snorlax but after spending some time in the Battle Maison with it I just don't see it working often, as much as I like it. So I was trying to decide between these Pokemon for my 6th:

    Clefable
    Machamp
    Nidoking
    Jolteon/Raichu

I'd really like Clefable for multiple reasons. I need some type of wall, the Fairy typing is nice, and it don't share a weakness with anyone else on my team. I thought about this set:

    Clefable @Leftovers
    Bold
    Magic Guard (or Unaware, opinions?)
    IVs: 31/x/31/31/31/31
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 DEF / 4 SP.DEF
    Moonblast
Moonlight (Don't have any Pokemon to breed to get Wish)
    Protect
    Thunder Wave/Toxic

Any help or opinions would be greatly appreciated. It's been a long road to get here and I'm soooo close to being ready to finally test it. Also, I may switch between Mega Gengar and Mega Blastoise here and there, if I were to do so, what item should I give Blastoise to replace his Mega Stone? Thanks in advance guys :)

Weakness Policy seems tempting to work with Dragonite's Multiscale, but Dragonite hates being burned or paralyzed, so Lum Berry is the better item. Also, if you can get it, Extreme Speed is a must on Dragonite, as it provides +2 priority.

Assault Vest is the preferred item on Snorlax to help its special bulk more. Thick Fat is also the preferred ability over Immunity, as Fire and Ice resistances are more useful than an immunity to poison. Why were you even using Belly Drum Snorlax in the first place? That set was only good in G/S/C, where pretty much everything was defensive, and times have changed now; it's pretty much offensive now. Even then, the better setup move on Snorlax is Curse:
    -Return/Body Slam
    -Earthquake
    -Pursuit
-Crunch/Fire Punch (latter possible with OR/AS move tutors)
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/252 SDef/4 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Thick Fat

Consider Taunt or Destiny Bond over Will-o-Wisp on Gengar. The former lets Gengar take on a stall breaking role, while the latter can let Gengar take down one last opponent.

Either Magic Guard or Unaware is viable on Clefable. You can also go with Calm Mind if you can't breed for egg moves:
    -Calm Mind
    -Moonblast
    -Flamethrower/Stored Power
    -Moonlight
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Magic Guard

Thanks for the quick reply :) I wanted Thick Fat on Snorlax SOOO bad but breeding it with perfect IVs seemed impossible. It took the longest out of these 5 to finally breed a good one so I just went with Immunity. I'll eventually breed another for Thick Fat, but I have to settle for now. I do have a Dratini with DD and Extreme Speed, which I will also breed eventually and just have 2 Dragonites to switch between, because I really like having Roost for Multiscale and Fire Punch for coverage. Lum Berry sounds like a good idea, I'll do that, but is there someone else I can give the Weakness Policy to? I would like to use it because I put in a good deal of effort and BP to get it. Will-O-Wisp will be replaced, thank you for that suggestion. Taunt and Destiny Bond both sound awesome, I think I'll go with Taunt though. I will also start earning BP for Assault Vest Snorlax, so I can give his Leftovers to Clefable seeing as how I can only get 1 Leftover. Assault Vest was my next BP item choice anyway so that's cool. Thanks again for your help, I really appreciate it. I'm trying to avoid breeding these guys again for certain moves because I HATE Super Training and EV training which has already been done for all these Pokemon so I really don't wanna do them over again, but if it's absolutely important then I will consider it.
