My favourite character? shrimp Edward, although I have a hard time deciding who I like better, series-Ed or Movie/human-Al. XD
I like Ed because of his Attitude, and his "who're you calling a bean that can't be seen under a microscope" humor.
Al is mostly the counterpart of his olderbrother.

FMA was my third anime, and I love it. It'll be hard for any anime to keep up with it. W00t for the Fullmetal Alchemist/Hagane no Renkinjutsushi. Yes, I watch the fansubs XD.

I like your avy and siggy, Takara. Edwin is one of the pairings I -well not activly- support.

Aw thanks ^-^ I know, I like the pairing between the two of them as well, so the movie was sad at the end when Winry said "So it's goodby for real this time" ;-;

I know XD Then izumi kicked him and said he was so typical, he should know better than to try to excape Teacher.

Yeah, that part was sad. Al screaming: Brother! Brother! You don't have to go! Brother! (I watched the Subbed one, and there he just screams: Nii-san! Nii-san! NII-SAN!) In the version I saw the subs said that Winry said: "So you're not going to let us wait." I really like the movie, but the ending is so sad. Somehow I hoped for a better ending. But since I saw the Kids OAV, I've been constantly trying to figure out a story for those children.

Winry really likes Ed (and vice versa, although Ed would NEVER admit it.)
In both the anime and Manga there are obvious signs. Like in the Manga Winry says: I might have fallen for him a long time ago. In the anime she does everything to keep him at home. Like in episode 45 (where Ed dies his hair), she asks him why he can't stay in Resembool and do his research there. And in episode 51, whenever someone starts to talk about Ed, she suddenly gets a very sad look.

Yeah, Izumi knows Ed better then he knows himself. XD

And if it was for me, all of you could join. But I can't update the list. ^^"

OMG, when Al screamed "Nii-san" it broke my heart. The voice actor for him was really good and Aaron did a good job as well. I know, I was hoping for a happier ending, but yes, it was enjoyable.

=O I remeber that episode, and she braids his hair for him<3 i felt bad for her then, she was so sad.

Yeah, I thought pretty much all of the FMA series was either tragic or violent. Nina becoming a chimera was especially sad to me ;_;

I thought nina being a chimera was really sad too! I really don't like Show Tucker >=O. And yeah the series is pretty depressing.

Talking about depressing, I guess most of the fans cried during episode 25 - Words of Farewell. And Nina being a chimera was so sad. Ed went all nuts when he saw that. And when he started to beat Tucker, nina stopped him. T_T

But you can't say all episodes are sad, can you? What about episode 37? Pomato!

Takara, yes that part was sad. And Ed started blushing. ^^

Full Metal Alchemist is one of my favourite anime. My favourite characters would have to be Edward Elric and Roy Mustang, but I do not support their pair-ship >_>

Beacuse you haven't seen episode Adam =/ But thinking sbout it, Armstrong in a dress would be hilarious XDD I forget what volume of the manga it is, but Havoc gets a date with Armstrongs sister and he tries to imagine what she looks like XD

I just got Farewell like last week XD Alicia made it sad, I loved Hughes. Plus, I've read the Nina and Alexander chimera part, I just have yet to see it.

I just watched that episode yesterday! I always cry when Ed starts to punch Tucker repeatedly, especially in japanese because you know how everytime he punches him, he says something? Well in English he says "Im not", then goes to "not", but in Japanese he just says "I" over and over again, I dont know why but thats just hard for me to handle ;o;

Then near the end, he has a "Nina" but she isn't really real-but he still carries her around and talks for her ;; Poor guy, he's probably in some major denial.

Seriously, that was pretty tragic, it just makes you want to yell, "WAKE UP NINA!!" (i actually didn't do that but my mind was screaming it XD)
