Shiranui,...that wallpaper is amazing!!! Tell me once more what program do you use? Is there another way to cut pictures (instead of Paint T_T)
I'm soo desperate. xD

I use Photoshop xP I paste on the render, then I go clicky clicky with a brush, mess about with the effects, and voila, I have a wallpaper/banner xD

And I'm planning on changing my current theme soon. I have this awesome Ed banner I just made that I really want to use >x<
