I thought you can't duplicate on Crystal. It's very odd.

It's very odd...You can't clone in crystal, at least...I think not. Has anyone else ever cloned on crystal?

Meh, you CAN clone on Crystal. I've tried it only once for Lugia on my rom. But it pretty much crashed and made my Pokedex go blank. =P And not even Gamesharking the dex helped put it back, so its not a good idea.
