so when i first got into Gold/Silver/Crystal i cought a dumsprace.. then i saw a yamna.. I though dungsprace evolved into tyamna so i traded it to level 50ish and it never evolved.. i got so mad. then i couhgt a yamna and looked at the pokedex and the two entries where even close to each other...
so ahve you had anythign sill or stupid happebn to you when playing pokemon?

In silver I thought you had to actually look for Lugia in the Whirl Islands and wait for him to randomly appear. Spent an hour running around the bottom of that dungeon finding nothing but horseas

For a long time I thought Dunsparce evolved into Gligar. They're numbered right beside of each other, they both seem to have stingers (even though Dunsparce's is a drill), and they both have wings. If only I had looked at the PokeDex data (HT & WT), then I would have known it wasn't so. Dunsparce is way bigger than Gligar.

My friend and I were having fun with my friend's Red Version. We got into Glitch City and caught a MissingNo. We both knew it messes up the save data in the game, but since neither of us actually play the game anymore, we figured we'd just see what happened when you battled with MissingNo. in your party. So we went surfing around Cinnibar Island, and not long after, "A wild Pokemon appeared!" Guess who the Pokemon was... It was Blaine. -.-

A wild Blaine appeared!

Similar thing happened on my Red Version, but it was Gary that appeared. What appears there depends on the letters in your name. Some names can cause glitches to appear that freeze your game.
