Back before the Criterion Collection re-released Pasolini's notorious film Salo, or The 120 Days of Sodom (back when it was one of, if not THE rarest DVD in the world), there were several bootleg editions going round. Nowadays, some of those bootlegs are actually quite valuable!

I guess some things reach a point where even the fakes are revered.
