Fusion Fall Free! Problem?

    I'm sure some of you have heard of fusion fall. You know how its now free (you used to have to pay 6 bucks a month) then. Well, you aren't missing much. They only have one server and its LOADED with players. So much so that you can't play for 10 minutes without the game crashing. It's getting worse everyday. They shut down the forums, so you can't complain. When you try to report a bug, they send you a generalized email. I mean literally generalized. They tell you what to do in your everyday crash.
     
    Sooo.... What's you're point?
     
    Well, it's an mmorpg from a tv channel, I don't think they care to much about it. It's up there to get people onto the website, so advertising prices will go up, and they can make more money. And it might even get more viewers, and follow the above pattern. As long as the crowds come in they don't really care how well it's functioning.
     
    It works fine on my computer, you probably just need a better computer. =/
     
    They must get a lot of complaints flowing in...

    Even if it's just for hits, you'd think that, because of how popular it is, they would at least try to keep it steady. One server? There's too many people for just one server. A couple of my friends play it and say it works okay... hm...
