Ash almost died pokemon fighting Mewtwo if you remember that movie. Turned to stone and all that stuff. But pikachu saved Ash at the end.

Sheesh how do people get the Manga mixed with the Anime?
Anyway besides the Arbok beheading and the frozen ice pieces that were Magmar dying isn't such a big thing. I expect though, and I know you guys might hate me for this, Kris to die in the recent adaptation of HGSS and golds hear and silvers soul to do something with it reviving her and all.
 
That's outlandish. Crystal won't die. At least you agree on Gold's heart and Silver's soul.
 
LOL, you know, I always thought Lance had fallen in that volcano thing at Cerise and died for the LONGEST time... it was sad, until I read someplace about him appearing again in Johto. Then I felt stupid... T.T

Well, we've seen Maxie die (and stay dead) so it could be that the next person to go will be a good guy. I can't imagine any of the Dex Holders gone, though. They all fit together...like pieces of a puzzle.

for the dppt arch they should make Platinum lost in Giratina's world for a while =_=...
 
I'm gonna have to agree with some of you guys and say that maybe Yellow should die. It would make the story interesting since it is obvious that Misty has feelings towards Red in the manga.
It's times like this that I'm sad the manga only releases arcs in correspondence with the released games. There is so much potential in all of the Manga arcs for a continuing story.
 
Yeah! I quite like it when Misty goes with Red! I'm not a big fan of Yellow!
 
I dont think any of the dex holders are going to die, if someone were going to die, it would be Giovanni, i mean, he is already dying.
