EDIT: I found a shiny eggzecute while headbutting trees, but as i wasnt concentrating i didnt realise it was shiny until i after i chose my move. I got a crit. hit and killed it :(

WTF?!?

Why am I still up for Dark? I beat that one a very long time ago. I don't really remember any details, except that I used Umbreon and Sneasel only because I didn't feel like grinding up Houndour and Murkrow.

So yeah, that was in the past lol.
 
I'll do Fire :) I guess it will take me a while to find another fire poke apart from Cynadquil but I can beat anyone If I have a higher level than them.

Play on Crystal, there is an extended are with Growlithe right at the first city.

okay started the game on silver.

talked to elm blah blah

saw a shiny weedle caught it
went to violet city
depostited weedle
beat gym leader
deposited quilava
caught mareep
training mareep right now :)
 
Argh! I've lost a ton of my money because of an evil Quagsire! I have decided that electric isn't the type I want to use. I quit.

I am re-entering though.
I am using crystal version again. I choose poison.

Sorry I didnt post, since I had problems by the TGB Dual Emulator I left playing cause I couldnt get my Steelix T-T
But yesterday I had nothing to do so i started playing again =D

Progress:
Got out if the Ice Cave
Trained a little the team
Got to Blackthorn Gym
Defeated the Gym
Went to Dragon's Den and answered the quiz
Obtained the 8 badge and flied to Newbark Town
Arrived the Elite Four
Defeated the Elite Four
Obtained the S.S. Ticket
Helped the man find the kid and obtained Metal Coat (Sigh.. no use for Onix.. stupid TGB)
Arrived Vermilion City and defeated the gym with ease
Arrived Saffron City and obtained TM 29 Psychic
Went to the gym and Defeated Sabrina
Arrived Celadon City and went to the gym
Had little problems with Erika but defeated her after 3, 4 tries..
Went to Fuschia City and defeated Jasmine
Arrived Cerulean City
Went to Nugget Bridge and blew Mistys Date
Went again to Cerulean City
Went and defeated the gym
Did Power Plant Stuff
Went to Lavender Town and obtained the Expn card
Flied back to Vermilion City and Waked up Snorlax and catched him
Went thru Diglett Tunnel and Arrived Pewter City

Sign me down for Bug -- I had a hard time deciding between Normal, Flying and Bug -- and since I've never trained a Bug type before I thought "Why not?".

I'll be sure to update after every Gym or two (It's after two Gyms, it's because I'm doing them both in rapid succession).

Also my updates will be sorta like stories. I'mma try to make them a bit better then my R/B Monotype posts.

Time to go Bug some people. (You know you loved the Pun)

Edit: Also I will be using Crystal -- Emu's are fine right?

Second Edit/Addition:

Episode 1: Unwanted Pests
I had been looking forward to this day for a long time, Ever since my dad showed me his Heracross when I was young and when he was still around. I wanted to be a bug trainer since that day, and today I could finally receive my first. I went to the Professor, which he willingly showed me his proud collection of starters. They weren't what I want to train with but Totodile was pretty sweet. I ventured through the Route 29, encountering just about nothing. The same went for Route 30. I had made it to Mr. Pokemon's place, along with his friend Professor Oak -- Both looked five times my age. I was given an Egg to return Elm.
I was called directly upon leaving Mr. Pokemon's home. Elm sounded jittery and confused, he ranted on about a problem happening and to make my quick return. I was already heading back. Once I wasin Cherry Grove I encountered a male who seemed quite full of himself, with good reason, he proved a challenge -- After defeat he left. I returned to Elm, described the guy I ran into and showed him the egg, which he proceeded to talk about. I said farewell to my Mom and left.
Episode 2: A wanted Pest
I ran into a Spinarak -- A beautiful web spinning Spinarak, I needed it, I wanted it. After a fairly short battle I obtained it. My first Bug, Seeing as I wanted to be a bug trainer but didn't just want to give up Totodile, I returned home and left him at home, he would much prefer a life of Home leisure.
Episode 3: Bug Bait
I head toward Violet City, Training as I went. Once there I made it to Bellsprout Tower. I challenged every one of them, and ran into the red haired male again which skipped me. I received Flash HM. I challenged the Gym which was no easy Task, It was a grueling battle which lasted forever and put a real hurt on my Spinarak -- Webbsly. Eventually I reign victorious but not without Spinarak getting plenty of bruises. So we rested for the night -- Maybe after a little more time Spinarak will get the hang of it all.

Third Edit/Addition:

Episode 4: Caterpies, Weedles and Venonats -- Oh my!
Once I had done a quick run through Dark cave and found myself on the other side, I found Azalea Town, Beautiful place really. Right next to a forest -- And where there's Forests - There's bugs, and where there's bugs - There's a catching frenzy. I spent the entire day catching an training bugs. I brought in a long haul as well; Weedle, Caterpie, Venonat and Paras.
Within the whole day I had trained my caterpie into a beautiful Butterfree, my Weedle to a fearsome Beedrill and both my Venonat and Paras into hearty team members. Webbsly was happy with the new friends.
Afterward I had delt with the Team Rocket problem nearby in the well, Boy is Butterfree's confusion a nasty move.
Episode 5: Similar Hobbyist
Finally happy with my full belt of bugs I challenged the gym, little did I know it was a bug gym. I had little taste for battling as I did loving the Ledyba's shell or the leader's Scyther's Limbs. But I had to obtain the badge, no matter how beautiful they were. Bugsly has trained his well, but I had trained mine better. Now that I've beaten him, it kind of Bugs me.
