    okay so i caught a gible, raised it a bit.... (adamant natured) it has 31 ivs in both attack and HP, but its speed IV is apparently 1 o.0.

    is it really worth raising up further, or shall i try to get another one?

    EDIT: this wasnt meant to be in here, but in the main D/P discussion forum, can a mod please move it
