gadesx resource kit is a project that I'm making for get all the
regions of original pokemon games in rpg maker xp for pokemon resource kit for FREE for all the people that wants have these regions in his projects.

actually I have about 90% of Kanto made it.

Yes he is going to "get all the regions". Reading something is not very hard.

By the way, if you wanted to you could try and use curts region starter pack as that's got quite far but never finished all the maps and graphics.

Oh i'd never seen that project before, I will try to get the maps of
him (credits for him of course) and continue his work.
