    Does anyone like have a list of decent formulas from the actual game?

    I am more specifically looking for random battle encounters and I've done a search but can't find anything.

    Anyone feel like helping or giving me a link to see?

    I've looked on Serebii, doesn't appear to be there. I've tried googling too, maybe I'm searching the wrong things, and in all fairness your post didn't help either.
     
    No I found that, just the formula for the chance of a random battle occuring.
     
    I can't believe I didn't think to search tall grass lol. My bad lol. Cheers for the help
    I'll get it implemented pronto :)
