Im sorry mate, but it looks like your out of luck, i've done a little research and it looks like Game Freak Inc. does not have a public e-mail address! The contact page is a bit of a load of rubbish...

Well, I don't want to get anyone's hopes up so I won't reveal my intentions unless it gets a positive result. I know there is an e-mail for gamefreak america but I can't find one for gamefreak japan.

That would be from Game Freak's official website, which roughly says that they don't accept public submissions for characters, ideas, products, etc. for any of their projects, including Pokemon. That's the reason why they don't have a public e-mail address, since it would no doubt be flooded by ideas from fans on a regular basis.

Also, please make sure you're looking at when a thread was last posted in, since PC generally follows a 30 day revival rule, and this thread was from nearly 5 years ago. Thanks!
