6th Gen Garchomp and Charizard to be distributed throughout South Korea

    Garchomp

    Garchomp will be distributed via Infrared for the Pokémon X and Y games and will be holding a Garchompite. Garchomp is being distributed to commemorate the Pokémon World Championships 2014 Qualification Tournament. It will be level 48 and has the Ability Sand Veil.

    It will be distributed at the Joongdong Lotte Department Store, in the Munhwa Hall on the 10th floor from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. on April 12 and 13. It will be distributed at a second location, which is unknown at this time. Garchomp will have the moves Draco Meteor, Dragon Claw, Dig and Crunch.

    Charizard

    Charizard will be distributed via Mystery Gift to the Pokémon X and Y games. To receive the serial code for the event, viewers must click the Pokémon Event Hall option in the Kid's World section of Olleh TV's official website. The viewer then has to view the first video, and a serial code will then be sent to their mobile phone. The opportunity to watch the video to receive the serial code will be available from April 11 until April 30. The serial code may be redeemable for the Charizard until May 31.

    Players will receive a Charizard that is holding a Charizardite X Mega Stone if they receive the Charizard in Pokémon Y. They will receive a Charizard that is holding a Charizardite Y Mega Stone if they receive the Charizard in Pokémon X. The Charizard holding Charizardite X will have an OT of 「올레TV」(Olleh TV), and will have the Ability Blaze. It will have the moves Dragon Rage, Fire Fang, Air Slash and Dragon Claw.

    I can't be all that mad, most of these events don't particularly spark my interest since I'm not an event collector. They all seem pretty standard/readily available in game, likewise with the Scizor and Gengar events that happened.

    Agreed. I suppose people who can't access the other mega stones this might be helpful, though that would be the only reason. Those pokemon seem pretty normal otherwise.
