    Hey, does anyone have any tips on training gabite to lv 48 so it evolves? Currently, i'm giving it an exp share and switching out to a stronger pokemon against the two rich trainers below hearthome. They're level 60 so i thought this way would be ok. But it's so slow!

    Does anyone have any better methods? thanks!

    I just did the Elite four 2 times with my Gabite holding a Exp Share
     
    What level was it when you started? And did it evolve?
     
    Ok, sorry about that.

    Well i've been given a lucky egg now, so i'm gonna try to beat the elite four a few times with it, and see if that does the trick.
     
    Whoa, if you need a good Garchomp for competitive battles, faint some Snovers, or Weepinbells for Attack EV's
     
    The best way is just to probably exp. share in elite four, unless you want to EV train it....

    If ya want to EV train it then attach the lucky egg send it into battle with some Bibarels/Kricketunes(each give out 2 Atk EV's)
     
    Awesome! I evolved my gabite today, now she's lv 51. I'm EV training her attack and either her defence or speed stats. What one would come in handy the most out of def or speed? I'm thinking defence.
