I've put together a Gardevoir-Gothitelle deck, and would like any feed back please!

It's not for tournaments and my toughest opponents are a Reshiboar and a Tangrowth deck. I took some hints and tips from the Jason Klaczynksi 2008 world championship Psychic Lock deck.

    3 Ralts
    2 Kirlia
    3 Gardevoir [2 ND] [1 PL]
    1 Gardevoir Lv.X
    3 Gothita
    2 Gothorita
    2 Gothitelle [EP]
    1 Duskull
    1 Dusknoir [DP]
    2 Sigilyph [EP]
    3 Rilou
    2 Lucario [UN]

    4 Rare Candy
    2 Bebe's Search
    4 Celio's Network
    4 Roseannes' Research
    2 Steven's Advice
    2 Team Galactics Wager
    2 Warp Point
    2 Windstorm

    5 Psychic Energy
    2 Scramble Energy
    2 Call Energy
    4 Double Rainbow Energy

It's the Gothitelle that does 20 damage x the number of Psychic energy attached to it..

I agree with you on the number of lines in the deck.
Got a bit carried away there, I've put the Lucario in the deck because I found him really usefull in my last deck, he's got a reasonable HP and can do 60dmg a turn for 1 colourless energy. I have a very limited collection ATM, so don't have much in the way of high health basics, so he's it for the moment

If I was to remove the 2 Sigilyph and make it 2 rilou instead of 3, reckon that'd solve the lines issue a bit?

What would you recommend in place of them? I had considered a trainer or two more.. Maybe Pokemon Communication or Pokemon Collector?
And maybe drop the call energys in place of some more basic psychics?

Thanks for the advice so far!

Ah, so you're using the Magic Room trainer-locking one (it keeps your opponent from using Trainer - Item cards when it's in the active slot).

More Trainer cards would definitely do you some good. 25 Pokemon is just a few too many. 22 is much more reasonable. You'll want more Basic Energy so that they're easier to retrieve from your deck.
