Jynx: Honestly, I don't know. The japanese like their fanservice, and I just mimic what I see. When it comes down to it, though, it seems worse when on Kirlia. Well, "worse" isn't the word I wanna use. How about "borderline"? Considering G.Voir has that green thing that looks like some sort of top, I guess it's a lot less visually "disturbing" then Kirlia. Being pure white at the top including her head, sometimes you really have to wonder what the intent was.

Of course, I'm one to talk... I haven't drawn a normal shaped Kirlia in ages, and I actually have to force myself to do it otherwise (unless it's some odd super deformed version). That doesn't happen with Gardevoir, I draw her a whole lot less so I'm not used to her.

Housyasei-san: Nah, you're good. However, none of those pics are anything that would make me shudder.

On a different note, you ever wonder if we should put up these pictures? I mean, we're not directly linking, and I don't know of the chances any of the artists will bother to come around, but still... I've avoided doing it before because it seems a bit disrespectful. However, I resorted to it later because I had to do something to keep this place moving.

I guess the problem I have with it is I don't want them to close down the site (again, albeit for remodeling the 1st time). That happens too much when people display art/media/etc. (usually outside of Japan) from the Japanese on some other site. Perhaps they know others are displaying their stuff (and they are) and just don't care, that'd be good, but it doesn't seem likely.

Kadabra: Thanks. I actually have yet to go around the rest of the community and put it to use. I just come here first, then I gotta go to class. Today is no exception as I should be leaving now. ^_^;

By that I assume you mean the banner thing, in which that's actually Gardevoir.

Two things to note:
1. Usually when I do animations they are in grayscale. The banner I have and my avatar is one of the few exceptions.
2. I am NOT a background artist, as it's probably obvious. XP

I took your idea in concept and did stuff to it, and well, here it is.
You are free to use it if you want (or anyone if they care), you just have to host it own your own site (or someone elses) and credit me for it.

This is the last deviation I can take, though. I really have to get back to my bigger project, which is long overdue.

Yeah, I see what you're saying. Actually, I knew you'd point that out as I was making it. What it seems to come down to is just an odd artistic license. I inadvertently draw characters like that, so it's just the way I do things, I guess.

But I guess that's what happens when you've been drawing pudgy characters (Kirby universe) all your life.

Now I wonder where everyone else went?

Now if I could just get Poliwhirl to view it. I mean, he did request it afterall.

If you read this, Poliwhirl, do you have any available animations you can put up?

I sorta like the idea of doing some cartoon series, but I have so many other things to do for other communities as well as school and work. Blah, it's never easy. -_- But at least it'd be unique. I've never seen other people attempt it.
 
well kine, for me, my animations are not like yours. i cannot make my animation arm bend like that. also they are all rough sketches somewhat like stick figures and i am still mastering flash... well ill try.
PS: i was busy making a website.

Oh, another thing occured to me. If Espeon and Umbreon doesn't reappear in a within a week or so, can I usurp have his position as co-owner? I'm here all the time, and do what I can to keep this place moving.
 
Sure! id be glad too. there is another rule here. if a person dosnt post for more then 3 weeks, they are out.
by the way, what is your email adderess?
also, do you use flash? in flash, do you use tweening?

Yeah, I either use Flash (MX), or a Japanese gif creating thing. And I almost never use tweens, seems to make things move unnaturally.
 
Yeah yeah, double posting is evil, whatever.

It amazes me how we've ever reached 9 pages with a total of about 5 people max at one given point (out of, oh, so many members).

I'm about to go the route of typing in keywords with each post. It'll eventually catch the attention of search engines (it helps that PC is big enough to be found on internet searches).*yells out* I know you obsessive Gardevoir fans exist!

Another picture update, but this time I'm going for a sketchy theme.
