I wish they were the movie. Leave everyone else out, and get a different artist. The world of Garde is full of limitless possiblities, the movie could be about anything and it would work out fine.

But then again, the movie is fine as it is, mainly because it has Mew, and I like the goofy costumes they happen to be wearing. It just better have a good helping of Team Rocket this time, or I'm gonna have a "talk" with the higher-ups at...whoever's developing the movies.

Boredom does strange things to you. It seems that with every interest group I get into, I show a collection of pics I've drawn starting from early ones to later ones. I'm not generally embarrassed by older pics, it shows how far I've come, but this time may be a little different...

So here I'm gonna post up a collection of Kirlia pictures, starting from the very first to something I did yesterday. I'm gonna post links, as I don't really wanna draw to much attention to it.

Brief recap of my Kirlia story: Long story short, before the US ever recieved much info on R/S outside of picture releases (and hoaxes) of the starters, I found a Japanese website with a picture of Kirlia. At the time, I thought it had no evolution (or pre evo) and thought it was a grass+psychic type (I thought it was like some forest/lake spirit/faerie or something). Craziness and obsession grew from that point on. That's why I favor Kirlia the most.

Not having seen official art yet, the first picture I drew was based more or less off the fan art, although that was pretty close to official anyway.

So yeah, here's that. And there's notes there too, to prove that it has been a habit of mine for years now...

You may or may not have seen the art I based that off of, but if you have, you can tell I was trying to mimic it.

(Side note: The site I found that at also had Kuchiito. Insert same story, and yes, I thought she was a grass type too)

Any art afterward looked more or less the same, until I finally got a promo poster from a Nintendo Power with all the Houen Pokemon (helped me learn them faster). So then I started to draw like this...

Above was Dustox and next to her, Armaldo. I could've edited them out, but...y'know...

So pictures there looked more official back then (if the eyes were open, they still hid part way under the hair such as the official design has it), then as with everything I get used to drawing, I started to deviate, albeit slightly.

Continue foward, I got used to drawing it the way I saw fit. She starts to look a lot less official (without going too far, anyway). Here's one of the several moon pictures I've drawn. I must never tire of it or something...

And yeah, there you have it. Trust me, it was hard to find pictures where they weren't crappy/generically drawn, group pictures/with Kucheat, or shameless FSembarassing. And because it's so obviously blatant, that's probably why this compilation is more or less an embarassment then anything else I've done.

In case you're wondering "What about the other two?", I never really cared about them til I found the Japanese fanworshipping sites. Ralts got lucky, though, being drawn for a long time in a comic series and just generally being easier to draw. As for Garde, I can probably count the number of times I've drawn her on one hand, prior to visiting the Japanese sites that is. That's probably why I still have a hard time drawing her today. Conversely, I can draw a decent Kirlia in a minute or less.

Now before that moment of "why the heck did I just post this" sets in, I'm going to divert your attention by posting up art both better and odder than mine! And will the low attention spans today, no one will ever have read that whole thing. I can't lose! *runs far and hides in a dark corner*

If there is only one, I can say I ridden on the (former) Super Star Leo while on an Alaskan cruise last May. I rode on the boat called "the Norweigan Star". After looking at hints and had a bit of history on the ship, I found out it was a gambling ship from Hong Kong(explains the chinese/japanese writing on some signs). I could still see the imprint of "Super Star Leo" under the new paint.

The 1st attachment is a 'Then and Now' pic of mine. I love pointing arrows. I also colored it, because I love you all! ;) The left Garde was probably one of my first one ever drawn, and the right Garde was the first drawn in 2005.

How about of everyone posts their own old drawings of RKG? And maybe post a recent pic along with it? I think that would be fun....
 
Yeah, that's the one. I don't know how I ever found that pictures. It was too long ago, and I think I was trying to find out some information on R/S, or maybe Pokemon in general. I can't even recall the site that linked to it.

*sighs* I'm pretty much fine now, mainly because I know how lots of text drives people away (and I type a lot when I want to) so I can get away with saying things. Plus, I could be worse.

Edit: Oops. Welcome to the club, flame chi. All I ask of you is to post a lot. Heck, just come back once to acknowledge my unwritten club-mod powers. The only person that's ever truly stayed after I did so was Kohei. I gotta make myself useful, you know.

It's also been a while since I used the keywords. Perhaps next time...

Anyway, you don't want me to color anything. I can draw, but I can't color to save my life (that's a bit extreme, but really, it's not very good).

And the notes are kinda written for myself, I just don't bother erasing them afterward. I could always write bigger, though.

Jynx, how did you find that picture? I'm just curious. Also, do you mind if I were to save the pictures you put up?

I only have one thing to upload today, but it took a while to make.
When it comes to animation, I'm not limited to what format I can use. This time, I used hand made sprites. It's in my avatar now, but I uploaded it anyway just incase anybody wants to save it for themselves.

What? I give too much attention to Kirlia? Why, I've never even noticed. :P

i have a question... you know when it says how many views that a club got, does it mean how many times a person viewed or the number of times we entered
 
The number of people the see the page(s). But that doesn't mean 2000 unique people visited us, as some went back and visited out great club ;)

I also drew another Gardy picture today (to clear anything up, I don't draw as much now, and my own drawings that I uploaded where drawn at different times.). But I'll scan it later if anyone cares...on that subject, I'm going to ease up on drawing RKG for a while. So I can draw my other favorites and other random pokemon, since I already 'mastered' drawing RKG anyway. But I won't stop though, every now and then I'll post another boring picture of one of them in here.
 
The funny one that says 10 Hit combo. Probably because I've seen the other two already.

I wish I could stop drawing Kirlia. At least to practice with Garde more, but everyday I just doodle her again. Kirby too, but he's not important right now. But at least I'm good with a whole lotta other Pokemon, except anyone most people would consider bad ***, so Pokemon like Tyranitar or Charizard I can't draw (and with no need to, I'm not going to. Caterpie's much more fun).

Why must people keep leaving everytime I initiate them? I probably shouldn't say this, but I'm guessing a lot of people (but not everyone, mind you) see the place, are all "omg i luv garedvir 2 ololz" and then forget next day. Yeah, I definately shouldn't have said that.

O-kay, as I'm new, I really don't know much about all these fan clubs and such, but I love Ralts, Kirla, and Gardevoir, so when I saw a (pretty cute) banner for this place - the one Kine has - I decided I might want to come check it out... so, yeah. I'm here now, and interested.
 
Well, I don't know how the other clubs work, but all you have to do is come back, really. All things considered, that's the only rule I can think of at this point. We don't have enough people to have any real specifications yet. I'll give it a shot, though.

Rules for Gardevoir Fan Club v.2. ALL NEW MEMBERS READ.
Generally, though, you can talk about RKG in any format, whether it be in the games, anime, fan art, merchandise, fan games (I've seen about 2), animation (if you can find it) or something else regarding the trio.

You're allowed to post up anything regarding these three as well, so long as it's within proper judgement (so no hentai or anything like that), preferably if you made it.

Bashing of the trio/flaming other members is not allowed. Discussion on other subjects is acceptable (let's be realistic, you can't talk about the same thing all the time...well, maybe).

Standard PC rules apply here as well.

Finally, interaction is important. This club wouldn't be where it stands now without other PC members like yourself.

That's pretty much it. I think those rules actually sound pretty good if I say so myself. I just hope Poliwhirl complies. I practically said the same thing in more detail.

With that, I welcome you to the club, Hawk of the North. I'll also stop acting so formal, now.

Oh, and Jynx, I think that male one is actually Wally. O_o; He's paired up with his "Girlfriend" all the time in Japanese fan art.

Well, if I were going to bash them, then I probably wouldn't have come here in the first place, but whatever. Heh. So just be active, mainly? I can do that. Well, I can't think of much else to say... so I won't.

I think it's because they think that when they join a club, they don't have to do anything after that. Some people join a bunch of clubs and then do nothing else while flaunting "Part of the Marill Club, Pikachu Club, Mew Club...*fifty years later* and the Shroomish Club. ^_____^ kekeke" And the (only) way to bash RKG in the club is if a random not club member justs comes in and says "OMG, Garde teh sux0rz! 'Zam rools!" or if someone has the nerve to join and then their next post is the bashing.

Or that they are scared of your powers, Kine. Well thought out rules you got there, too.
 
*blinks* How did I miss this club? Could I join? Gardevoir is my favorite Pokemon ever. I have tons of pictures of it saved and links to sites dedicated to it. My forums are even Gardevoir-esque.
 
Woah, that avatar is beauty, methinks. 'Tis a very great picture indeed.

Quick useless self-fact: Gardevoir was the first Pokemon I ever got to level 100. I mentioned that just because.
 
Gardevoir is awesome. Random Fact- Gardevoir is my first level 100 Pokemon, and she grew 96 levels to get there. Another Random Fact- I have a ton of Ralts, Kirlia, and Gardevoir on Box. In total I have 5 Boxes of Gardevoir, Ralts, and Kirlia, so thats like 300.
