And to the other guy (poke nome):
"Voir", or "to see", is pronounced as "vwar" in French, like the endings of "reservoir" and "memoir". If that explains why that name is pronounced in a funny way.

But why have an English translation when it is said in French? I mean, what's the point?
 
I haven't seen the episode just yet, but I estimate that the download will complete before the day is over. At least I hope so! Torrents tend to be rather slow...

I miss Kine too. I've been to his site and it seems that school is requiring most of his time. I can understand that, especially since he's taking programming courses, like C++.

Ah! I just finished watching the episode. Quite nice. Quite nice indeed. That had to be one of the best episodes of Poke'mon that I've ever come across over these years. Hopefully, the Poke'mon series will continue long enough for Max to come back for Ralts, agreed? I have a lot more to work with now. Now I MUST draw up a short comic with Ralts, Kirlia and Gardevoir in it before the week is over.
 
Hmmm, come to think of it, have I even joined this club before? I don't think I ever did, I just looked at the posts most of the time... hmmm... my mind is slipping away. Pity. Well, I'll probably draw me up some inked Gardevoir and maybe color them this time...
 
i just saw the episode but i put a ton of homework for it... my pokemon XD came but my god it takes along time

to me, gardevoir should have been played by a different person... she sounded constipated! GAR-.....de.......vua! then kirlias voice constantly changed and ralts talking at the end ruined it!

still this was the best one. jesse just looked wrong and meowth was very fat for a kirlia

and we finally hear what the pokeex says about meowth and jesses expression is so funny

well going to put gardevoir on my door
 
yeah, LOL, it was the VERY FIRST time that we heard the pokedex's entry about Meowth - it was hilarious though... sleeps for most of the day... LOL!

Actually, Meowth's made quite a comedic Kirlia - he tries to stand his fat body on his toes ROFL!... BUT: Jessie looked SO WRONG!!! i mean, she tries to disguise as a Gardevoir but it wasnt even funny... (Meowth was FUNNY, but Jessie was just RANDOM!) especially the bit when she thrashes Meowth for not collecting coins for them... so random it wasnt funny at all >< (she'd be somewhat funny if she wasnt in that Gardy custume...) - if Gardy was violent like she was, then Max would've got pwned when he refuses to give Ralts to him(?), so Jessie was such an INSULT to our cute and cuddly little Gardy... >< (I feel sorry for him... LOL!)

EDIT: Just a little side note - I reckon James would have made a WAY BETTER Gardevoir (or rather an overgrown Kirlia) with his hair style, LOL! :P

Agreed. Gardevoir's voice wasn't so great. As far as Ralts "talking" at the end: this didn't hurt the episode, if you ask me. After all, Ralts is a psychic-type. Other Poke'mon have spoken english via telepathy, such as Lugia, Mewtwo, Lapras...and I don't know of any others.

Um... I think his voice was all right, considering he's a FULLY EVOLVED Pokemon, not like Ralts and Kirlia, so his voice SHOULD show some MATURITY, like the voice of other stage 2 pokemons.

BUT: It'll be WAY COOLER if that Gardevoir could SPEAK like those Mewtwo/Lugia/Entei/Jirachi in the movies...

IMO the Mewtwo's (or Lugia's) voice fits him the best, because he is a Psychic type, and he's also tall and "intimidating" in a way in that episode...

Or if that Gardy was supposed to be a girl one then I'll say Lapras' voice (the female one in the Xmas special Jynx episode) fits her fine, because Gardy showed some "modesty" (not attacking like Kirlia did)...

EDIT: IMO Kirlia was the cutest one in that episode..... he was so cute when trying to ask for Ralts from Max.... pity his big bro (sis) had to pull him back... :(

EDIT2: Hey, was that Gardevoir supposed to be the big bro or sis? (Put Jessie aside!) Because from his voice it was really hard to tell... I know that little Kirlia had to be an ADAMANT male from the way he was acting, lol...

i guess the gardevoir was the mother because they way she reached for ralts, hard to see it but then it strikes you. then kirlia is the impulsive sister trying to help

i agree with you solarys if gardevoir could talk, that would have been good but ralts voice was to high so i guess gardevoir will have a manish voice while it is a girl, there are some scenes that makes kirlia look fat is it just me???
well for an art project, i have to make three lifesized pics of anything so you guessed it, the entire ralts family in proportion

u reckon that Gardevoir was a female? It was rather hard to tell from its voice... anyhow, from the way it acted it looked more like a female - more "motherly" than bro-ish... u know what i mean... That Gardevoir reminded me of that mommy Tyranitar in that Johto episode... but it was the Kirlia who did the attacking, still...

I dont know about Kirlia's gender but he seemed to be a male to me - either way, he's definitely got an adamant nature: not good for Psychic types LOL...

EDIT: Just a random thought - has any1 ever tried playing an ADAMANT Gardevoir/Alakazam? (Shadow Ball and Return are musts) They'll catch quite a few ppl off guard for a LOL...

The Gardevoirs in that episode are sisters. It said on the official Pokemon AG site O_O
